Frazier Industrial Company Response to COVID-19

We want to provide you with an update on how Frazier Industrial Company is responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. As always, the health and safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority.

We are aware of the pending resolve of our country to the epidemic and understand the need for quick delivery to satisfy the supply chain requirements. People will need more groceries, pharmaceuticals and supplies for children.

We are fortunate to have our ten manufacturing facilities to provide us the flexibility and ability to respond to  our customers needs during this critical time. However, we are cognizant of the effect on deliveries if one our plants gets shut down due to the spread of the disease. We have developed a strategy that provides for a shift of manufacturing to other locations in order to meet deliveries.

We do ask for our customers’ understanding in working with us to meet their business needs and ask that priority is allowed for product supporting the supply chain demands for fighting this epidemic. We ask customers requiring product for this endeavor to please contact our Customer Service staff, and advise us that their order is to support the effort.

We are actively following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have put in place enhance measures including more communications about best practice for maintaining clean and healthy workplace environments and introduced a task force. We continue to educate our staff about preventative measures.

We look forward to speaking with you in the near future and wish you much health and safety. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@frazier.com with any questions. Urgent inquiries should be directed to Diane Domingues, VP of Customer Service, at (908) 455-1367.
