Despite some bad weather and tight budgets, MHIA’ ProMat 09 brought thousands of attendees to see this year’s material handling innovations. Frazier’s booth 3515 was no exception, as crowds stayed tuned to product demonstrations of our NEW order-picking solutions. Frazier’s Ergo-Beam, Glide N Pick Cart and SelecDeck Carton Flow Systems - are proven to increase productivity, decrease product damage and reduce worker injury.

Frazier's SelecDeck Carton Flow Adds New Lane Divider and Lable Holder for Quick Product Changes.

New Lane Dividers can be placed in numerous positions along the full length of carton flow shelf permitting cartons to be added, changed or sorted by size, SKU or check digit. The divider is a small piece of angled metal that fits into slots along the load-side of the carton flow bed. Divider can be quickly moved to accomodate new SKUs or carton sizes. Although Selecdeck's unique wheel bed permits smooth, straight flow to large carton sizes, this new divider permits users to easily identify correct lanes for order selection and replenishment.

Siding Label Holder: This simple idea is a big problem solver; SelecDeck's new sliding lable holder can be placed anywhere on the case flow bed preventing difficult scraping and removal of adhesive lables.

Frazier's Glide 'N Pick Puts the Hard-To-Reach Right Up

The new Glide 'N Pick system offers an easier, safer and more comfortable way to reach second level pallets. By positioning hard to reach cartons up front, Glide 'N Pick eliminates the need to climb into the rack to access the cases on the back portion of the pallet, saving time and reducing back strain.

The unique, patented design of Frazier's Label Beam with recessed web prevents barcode labels from being scrapped and ripped off by fork truck abuse. The label beam saves time and money by reducing picking errors and not having to replace barcode labels. Constructed of 100% structural steel, the label beam retrofits any existing rack system.
